はなねずみコンテストを開催いたします！
テーマにあわせてはなねずみをコーディネートし、アプリ内よりご応募ください。
コンテスト期間中にご応募いただいた中から選考を行い、後日はなねずみ公式Xにて結果を発表いたします。
応募方法・応募規約をご確認の上、奮ってご応募ください。
たくさんのご応募をお待ちしております。
【賞品】
・金賞（1名）
アプリ内グッズ 金のトロフィー（植木鉢）×1点
・銀賞（1名）
アプリ内グッズ 銀のトロフィー（植木鉢）×1点
・銅賞（1名）

※賞品は全てはなねずみアプリ内のお庭に設置できるグッズとなります
【応募方法】
はなねずみアプリ内より、以下の参加・応募の手順を踏んでください。
1.メニューの「コーディネート」から「コンテスト」をタップ
2.「コンテストに参加する」から、はなねずみのコーディネートをする
3.コーディネートが完成したら「応募」ボタンを押す
4.「コンテストに応募する」から、メールに必要事項を記入の上、送信する
【受賞までの流れ】
受賞された方には、応募時に使用されたメールアドレス宛にご連絡をいたします。
※当社からのメール送信後、1カ月以内に返信がいただけない場合は、賞品提供ができませんためご注意ください。
公式発表等ですでに公表された受賞に関しての修正や通知は行いません。
また、賞品提供ができなかった場合でも繰上げ受賞・再選考等は行いません
【結果発表】
選考結果の発表は応募期間終了から、3～4週間後の発表を予定しております。
選ばれた作品は、はなねずみ公式X（@hananezumi_tw）より投稿いたします。
※夏季休暇や年末年始などの業務スケジュールの都合により、発表が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

●応募規約
「はなねずみコンテスト」に応募していただく前に本規約をよくお読みいただき、ご同意の上、ご応募いただきますようお願いいたします。
ご応募いただいた場合は、本規約に同意したものとさせていただきます。
【注意事項】
・結果の発表にあたり、応募時にご送信いただいた内容の一部（ユーザー名、はなねずみの画像）を公式SNS上に記載いたします。そのため個人を特定できるような情報を記入はされないようお願いいたします。
・応募はお1人様1回までとさせていただきます。複数の応募が確認された場合は、1度目に応募いただいた内容で選考を行います（添付画像が複数点ある場合は1枚目を選考対象とします）
・同一ユーザーによる重複入賞が確認された場合、最初のご応募による入賞のみを有効とし、その他の入賞を無効とさせていただきます。
・応募できる作品は応募者自身がはなねずみアプリ内で作成した画像に限ります。
・画像データを加工したものは審査対象外とします。
・当社が不正と判断した場合にはご応募を無効といたします。
・応募作品の結果確認・選考についてのお問い合わせには、一切お答えできませんのでご了承ください。
・本規約に定めのない事項については当社の判断により決定します。
【応募作品の権利について】
・応募された画像の著作権は当社に帰属するものとします。
・応募者は当社および当社が指定する第三者に対して、著作者人格権を行使しないものとします。
・当社は応募作品を無償で複製、上映、印刷物への利用、WEB媒体やSNSでの公開などその他自由に利用できるものとし、応募者はあらかじめ承諾するものとします。
【個人情報の取扱いについて】
・当コンテストを通じて当社が個人情報の収集をする際は、応募者の意思による情報の提供を原則とします。
・応募者の個人情報につきましては、受賞の通知等、当コンテストを運営するために必要な範囲内で利用し、その他の目的で使用することはいたしません。
【免責事項】
・コンテストは予告なく変更または中止する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・当社はコンテストの応募者とその他の第三者との間で生じたいかなる紛争についても、その原因の如何を問わず、いかなる責任も負担しないものとします。
Hananezumi contest held!

We will hold a Hananezumi contest!
Please coordinate your Hananezumi according to the theme and submit your entry from within the application.
We will select the entries during the contest period and announce the results on Hananezumi Official X later.
Please read the application method and terms and conditions carefully before submitting your entry.
We look forward to receiving many submissions.
【Prizes】
・Gold Prize (1 winner)
One gold trophy (flowerpot) of in-application goods
・Silver Prize (1 winner)
One silver trophy (flowerpot) of in-app merchandise
・Bronze Prize (1 winner)
One bronze trophy (flowerpot) of in-app merchandise
・Participation prize (all participants)
One marshmallow cookies (food goods) of in-app merchandise
*All prizes will be goods that can be installed in the garden in the Hananezumi app.
【How to Entry】
Please follow the steps below to participate and apply from within the Hananezumi app.
1. Tap “Contest” from “Coordinate” in the menu
2. Select “Enter the Contest” and coordinate your Hananezumi.
3. Press the “Entry” button when you have completed the coordinate.
4. From “Enter the Contest”, fill in the required information in an e-mail and send it.
【The process of winning an prize】
Winners will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address used in the application process.
*Please note that we will not be able to offer prizes if we do not receive a reply within one month after we send the e-mail.
No correction or notification will be made for prizes that have already been announced in official announcements.
In addition, even if a prize cannot be offered, the award will not be carried forward or re-selected.
【Announcement of Results】
The results of the selection will be announced 3-4 weeks after the end of the application period.
Selected entries will be posted on the Hananezumi Official X (@hananezumi_tw).
*Please note that the announcement may be delayed due to work schedules such as summer vacation and year-end and New Year's holidays. Please understand this in advance.

●Application guidelines
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your entry to the “Hananezumi Contest”.
By submitting your entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
【Precautions】
・When announcing the results of the contest, a portion of the information (user name and image of Hananezumi) will be posted on the official social networking service. Therefore, please do not enter any information that could be used to identify you personally.
・If multiple entries are received, the first entry will be considered for selection (if there are multiple images attached, the first image will be considered for selection).
・In the event that multiple entries are submitted by the same user, only the first entry will be considered for the prize and all other entries will be considered invalid.
・The work must be an image created by the entrant within the Hananezumi application.
・We will not be able to judge the entries if the image data has been modified.

・Please note that we will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding the selection or confirmation of the results of the entries.
・Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined at the Company's discretion.
【Regarding rights to submitted works】

・The applicant shall not exercise moral rights against the Company or any third party designated by the Company.
・Our company may freely use submitted works free of charge, including copying, screening, using in print, posting on web media or social media, and applicants agree to this in advance.
【Regarding handling of personal information】
・In principle, when we collect personal information through this contest, we will only collect information that the entrant is willing to provide.
・Personal information of entrants will be used only to the extent necessary to administer this contest, including notification of award winners, and will not be used for any other purpose.
【Disclaimer】
・We will not use the personal information for any other purpose.
・The Company shall not be liable for any dispute between contest entrants and any other third party, regardless of the cause of such dispute.
